Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and verified by our team. Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking).
2. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, customers may choose to receive a replacement perfume of equal value, depending on availability.
4. Non-refundable Situations
•Product opened, used, or tampered with
•Delivery failed due to wrong address or location issues
•Order cancelled after dispatch
